Chefs learn about male meat

‘From head to tail’ chef Nel Schellekens gave a guest lecture at the beginning of the new school year at the Koning Willem I College in Den Bosch to students of the new dedicated Dutch Cuisine chef course. The chefs will now come up with recipes that utilise the meat of hens, bulls and goats. Previously, they had paid a visit to various farms that keep bulls and goats. On 14 November, they organised a charity dinner with these males as the theme for the evening. You can read more about it at:
