RUMORE is a new European project aimed to enhance, inspire and help innovative SME’s to get off the ground. The key focal points for the metropolitan region of Amsterdam are the improvement of the urban-countryside connection and contributions to the circular economy, as well as a lower ecological footprint. Within RUMORE, the Municipality of Amsterdam works in conjunction with certain stakeholders (knowledge centres, entrepreneurs), including Dutch Cuisine.
